CANCELLATION POLICY

To schedule an appointment, a credit card is required. Please confirm or cancel your appointment at least one day in advance. If you do not show up or cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, you will be charged 50% of the service rate. By confirming your appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy, as we reserve time for you and turn away other clients. 

 

CHILDREN 

Children are welcome at Third Coast Salt. We will offer a family-friendly session in our Integrated Wellness Booth before our regular operating hours. However, we do not recommend bringing children into massage, facial, or Brazilian waxing appointments, as this time is dedicated to your relaxation.
 

AGE REQUIREMENTS

• ​Must be 18 or older to enjoy sweat therapy.

• Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent and receive services from a same-sex licensed massage therapist.

• Clients must be at least 17 years old to use steam rooms as part of the add-on Spa Package.

• The Family Wellness Session is available from 8:00 to 8:45 AM, Monday through Saturday, and requires prepayment.

 

We strive to create a family-friendly environment; however, we understand that many clients seek a moment of peace away from parental duties.
 

BY APPOINTMENT ONLY

While we have extended hours, we may close early when there are no scheduled appointments. For gift cards or products, please call ahead so we can assist you promptly. Treatments require confirmed appointments. We routinely communicate holiday closures, special events, and weather-related changes via social media and email.
