CANCELLATION POLICY

We require a confirmation.   We ask this by YOU responding to our text the day before....

If you confirm, you will be charged 50% of the published rate if you "no show or cancel less than 24 hours the day of the appointment."   Once you confirm with a YES, we guarantee work for our staff and turn business away.  A credit card is required to reserve appointments.  By you confirming your appt, you agree to our cancellation policy.    

 

CHILDREN 

Children are welcome at Third Coast Salt.  However, we must prepare for them. We will add a family-friendly salt session before or after operational hours for any children. We do not recommend nor allow children in your massages, or facials, and definitely not during Brazilian waxing. This is your time to relax so please plan accordingly.

• MUST BE 18 to enjoy sweat therapy.   

• MUST BE with same sex LMT for massage if under 18 years of age, parent required onsite.  

• Must be 17 or older to enjoy the steam rooms in add-on Spa Package.

• Family salt at 8am Monday-Saturday and do require prepayment  

 

We are a family-friendly environment however most customers are here to escape parental duties. 

 

BY APPOINTMENT ONLY

We have extended hours however, we will CLOSE EARLY without scheduled business.   If you need a gift card or product, please call ahead to let us know you are in route. We can even process over the phone & run to your car.  Treatments require a confirmed appointment.  We announce on social media and through emails when we close for holidays, special events and inclement weather and are great at communication.
